About the role.

We're searching for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at JustSolve. As a key player in our Agile software development process, you'll help guide our cross-functional team to deliver high-quality products and services that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, collaboration and problem-solving will enable you to facilitate the Scrum framework and drive team productivity. What experience we are looking for.

  • 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
  • Bachelor's degree or a professional qualification.
  • Prior experience in managing the scrum process for multiple scrum teams simultaneously.
  • Ability to coordinate the different ceremonies in the scrum process.
  • Facilitated scrum events, internal communication and enhanced effective collaboration.
  • Experience in acting as the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders).
  • Working experience in socialising Scrum to the greater stakeholder group.
  • Worked and coached product owners to groom backlogs and prioritise.
  • Can remove organisational impediments to the development team.
  • Can Shepherd development teams towards self-organisation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in coaching team members in Agile frameworks.
