The Environment.
You’ll need to be comfortable working in a consulting environment where you’ll be thinking on your feet and interacting with different projects and subject matter on a rotating basis. We’re a remote first company, so you’ll also need to be comfortable working from home the majority of the time.

What we’re looking for.

  • 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
  • Bachelor's degree or a professional qualification.
  • Prior experience in managing the scrum process for multiple scrum teams simultaneously.
  • Ability to coordinate the different ceremonies in the scrum process.
  • Facilitated scrum events, internal communication and enhanced effective collaboration.
  • Experience in acting as the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders).
  • Working experience in socialising Scrum to the greater stakeholder group.
  • Worked and coached product owners to groom backlogs and prioritise.
  • Can remove organisational impediments to the development team.
  • Can Shepherd development teams towards self-organisation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in coaching team members in Agile frameworks.
