The purpose of this project was to upgrade and stabilise an ageing OutSystems platform that had reached a critical point of risk. With environments misaligned, core services outdated, and a licence deadline approaching, the organisation needed a rapid but controlled uplift of their entire on-premises estate.

The organisation was running an old OutSystems version with obsolete components, creating security, stability and compatibility risks.
Dev, QA, Production and LifeTime were out of sync, making a standard upgrade path difficult and increasing operational risk.
Imminent licence expiry meant the upgrade had to be completed under tight timelines to avoid potential downtime.
Upgraded LifeTime, Dev, QA and Production to OutSystems 11.20, ensuring a consistent and supported platform.
Key components, including RabbitMQ, Erlang, permissions, cache invalidation and deployment pipelines, were validated and restored.
