Transforming Healthcare Recruitment though System Modernisation.

The purpose of this project was to modernise their recruitment and staffing processes, aligning with their commitment to excellence and trust in the healthcare industry. The client commissioned JustSolve to deliver a comprehensive solution that would streamline their operations, enhance user experience, and maintain the high standards they are known for in recruiting high-caliber temporary and permanent staff across various sectors in the healthcare industry.

JustSolve, together with our client, modernised the existing system by enhancing its look and feel and adding essential functionality. New features included panel member recruitment, streamlined communication, and a public-facing presence, creating a comprehensive solution for current and future needs.

Modernise an outdated and difficult-to-maintain system.

Objective: To address the challenges of the client’s current system, that had become cumbersome and difficult to manage due to numerous modifications over the years that deviated from the original creators’ vision.

‍Implement electronic public-facing points of contact.

Objective: To replace the client’s limited communication channels, which were restricted to SMS, emails, and call centre interactions, with modern electronic touchpoints that enhance accessibility and user experience.

‍Digitise Manual Business Processes.

Objective: To transition from physical document storage and records keeping to a fully digital system, ensuring seamless tracking and management of potential talent from the outset, thereby eliminating gaps in visibility.

Recruitment Facilitation App

WonderNet

Seacom required a digital platform that offer a complete end-to-end customer journey, enabling customers to find and purchase the right package for them at their chosen address as well as manage their services and account details. JustSolve was responsible for designing and developing the customer ISP portal as well as integrating the portal with several critical systems.

Wireless Solutions – CPQ

BCX required integrating multiple Fiber Network Operators, aggregating geographic data and overlaying BCX products on top of a visual map. To accomplish this, JustSolve assisted them in the developed the CPQ(Configure, Price and Quote) model.
