The purpose of this project, commissioned by a South African broadcasting company, was to introduce a new feature to an existing solution to improve sales of digital streaming vouchers. The enhanced app enables field agents to sell vouchers to both new and existing customers, handle payments, and issue vouchers through an integrated system that includes wallet management for agents.

JustSolve, together with the client, developed a new feature to streamline the process of selling vouchers, processing payments, and issuing vouchers for field agents. The feature integrated with existing systems for secure payment processing and voucher management, providing agents with a user-friendly tool to drive sales.

Flexible data entry options were implemented to improve accuracy and consistency.

  • Dropdown fields were used as the primary option to ensure data consistency and accurate reporting.
  • Manual entry was provided as an alternative, though limited due to the risk of data manipulation.
  • A balance was maintained between flexibility and data integrity to improve overall data accuracy.

The payment and voucher issuance systems were integrated for seamless transaction management.

Seacom required a digital platform that offer a complete end-to-end customer journey, enabling customers to find and purchase the right package for them at their chosen address as well as manage their services and account details. JustSolve was responsible for designing and developing the customer ISP portal as well as integrating the portal with several critical systems.

Wireless Solutions – CPQ

BCX required integrating multiple Fiber Network Operators, aggregating geographic data and overlaying BCX products on top of a visual map. To accomplish this, JustSolve assisted them in the developed the CPQ(Configure, Price and Quote) model.
