The purpose of the project was to give QSURE’s management team clarity on their AI roadmap and where to begin. JustSolve’s AI Solved programme assessed OSURE’s AI readiness and surfaced the risks that could stand in the way of AI adoption.
JustSolve ran an AI Solved engagement with QSURE across four workshops with management, compliance, operations, technology and information security. The engagement assessed readiness across people, process, data, technology and governance, then prioritised possible AI use cases against business value, feasibility and organisational readiness.
A broad list of AI opportunities competed for attention with no evidence-based way to choose between them.
Management required a defensible way to compare opportunities against business value, feasibility, governance and adoption risk, rather than relying on opinion or enthusiasm.
JustSolve assessed QSURE across five readiness pillars, people, process, data, technology and governance, to establish where the organisation stood before recommending anything.
Compliance, Operations, Information Security, Technology and Executive Leadership worked together to validate and score opportunities, narrowing a broad list to three identified shortlisted use cases.
JustSolve’s readiness assessment identified these constraints upfront, so they could be designed for rather than discovered later.
QSURE gained an executive-ready view of its AI maturity and the specific constraints that needed addressing before any AI initiative could move to production.
